  • How do I book a vacation rental with HomelyJoy?

    1 From Airbnb, you can see all the apartments in our listings, including prices, availability, reviews, etc., and make your reservation directly from there.


    2 If you have any questions or can't find the apartment you're looking for, use the "contact host" button on any of our listings. We'll be happy to assist you and offer options.


    Note: For security reasons, we do not accept reservations or rentals outside of Airbnb. We are Official Partners.

  • I want to modify my reservation, or do I have a request in the department who can I speak to?

    Guest requests and personalized service in general are handled directly through the Airbnb chat, as always. Use the "Contact Host" button and we'll be happy to assist you.

    The entire reservation and payment process is self-managed from the App.

  • What does the accommodation include?

    You will receive a fully equipped apartment for your stay with:

    - Clean linens (sheets, towels, etc.)

    - Basic bathroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner)

    - Kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, salt, sugar, etc.)

    - Free Wi-Fi

    - Personalized online support in case of requests (in Airbnb Chat)


    - For reservations of 10 days or more, or upon request, we offer mid-stay cleaning with linen replacement.

  • Can I rent outside of Airbnb?

    For security reasons, we do not reserve or rent any accommodations outside of the Airbnb platform.


    You'll be able to access the apartment's Airbnb listing to see the history of reviews from previous guests, the detailed price before paying, available dates, and more.
