1. From Airbnb, you can see all the apartments in our listing with prices, areas, availability, reviews, etc. And make the reservation directly from there.

2 If you have any questions or can't find the apartment you're looking for, use the "Contact Host" button on any of our listings. We'll assist you and help you with options.

Note: For security reasons, we do not make reservations or rentals outside of the Airbnb platform. We are Official Partners.

Guest requests and personalized support in general are handled directly through Airbnb chat, as always. Use the "Contact Host" button—we'll be happy to assist you.

The entire booking and payment process is self-managed through the app.

You receive the apartment fully equipped for your stay with:

- Clean linens (sheets, towels, etc.)

- Basic bathroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner)

- Kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, salt, sugar, etc.)

- Free Wi-Fi

- Personalized online support in case of requests (via Airbnb Chat)

- For reservations of 10 days or more, or upon request, we provide mid-stay cleaning with linen change.

For security reasons, we do not make reservations or rent any accommodation outside of the Airbnb platform.

In the Airbnb listing for the apartment, you can access the history of reviews/opinions from previous guests, the detailed price before paying, available dates, etc.
